Price includes IC tuition, accommodations, food, and round trip transportation from/to San Antonio airport. This is an all inclusive price for a total of $4,650.00 US.

Please download the IC Assumption of Risk, Waiver, Release & Code of Conduct form. Your attendance assumes you have agreed to the terms in the waiver and conduct.
Cancellation policy: Prior to December 25, 2021 you may receive a 100% refund for tuition. Accommodations will be refunded if someone can take your place in the class.
Between December 25, 2021 and January 23, 2022 (31 to 60 days prior to the event start) you will be responsible for the accommodations. A 50% credit for tuition balance may be applied to a future class.
After January 23, 2022 (30 days) prior to the start of the class, there will be no refunds or credits.
Travel Information: All Attendees requiring transportation to venue must arrive at the San Antonio International Airport. Transportation to venue from airport is arranged by ILLI. Please plan on arriving in San Antonio no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Should you arrive later than this, you will be responsible for your transportation to the venue. Please contact ILLI if you want to drive or rent your own car.
Airport: closest airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Accommodations: At the venue, included.
Return Transportation: Attendees will be provided with return transportation to the San Antonio airport starting at 1:00 pm on March 1, 2022. It is approximately 1.5 hours from the venue to the airport. Please book your flights to leave after 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 1st. Or contact us for alternate arrangements.
