Spring 2024 Intensive Course (IC) Event:
The $5200 cost for the course is all inclusive*. Price includes IC tuition, lunches, dinners, hotel accommodations, and transportation between the Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW) and Chickasaw Retreat for the dates of the IC.
ILLI is offering a discount Early Bird Price for $4900 to Attendees that sign up by December 31, 2023.
*Airfare is not included.

Cancellation policy:
Prior to December 31, 2023, you may receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Between January 1, 2024, and January 31, 2024, you may receive a 50% refund. After February 1, 2024, there will be no refunds or credits. Please consider purchasing separate travel or trip insurance for any cancelations including weather or health issues.
Airport & Transportation:
The closest airport is the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW). We will provide a shuttle from DFW to Chickasaw Retreat leaving at 3:00 PM on February 29, 2024. Plan your travel accordingly. There is a two-hour drive from the airport and the retreat location. If you miss the shuttle, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
The IC ends on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Chickasaw Retreat. The shuttle will depart the resort at 1:00 PM for DFW. It is an estimated two-hour ride to the airport, please plan your trip accordingly. We recommend a departing flight after 5:00 PM from DFW.
Weather:
The IC is a hybrid mix of classroom and site work, please check the weather prior to arrival and pack appropriately. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be outside during the days and evenings.
