Fall 2024 Intensive Course (IC) Event:
The $5200 cost for the course is all inclusive*. Price includes IC tuition, lunches, dinners, and hotel accommodations for the dates of the IC.
ILLI is offering a discount Early Bird Price for $4900 to Attendees that sign up by May 31, 2024.
*Airfare is not included.

Cancellation policy:
Prior to September 11, 2024, you may receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Between September 12, 2024, and October 10, 2024, you may receive a 50% refund. After October 10, 2024, there will be no refunds or credits. Please consider purchasing separate travel or trip insurance for any cancelations including weather or health issues.
Airport & Transportation:
The closest airport is the Tulsa Oklahoma Airport (TUL). Please uber/lift or taxi the 15-20 minute drive from the airport to the to Postoak Lodge & Retreat, arriving by 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Plan your travel accordingly.
The IC ends on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Postoak Lodge & Retreat. Please uber/lift or taxi from Postoak to the airport. We recommend a departing flight after 3:30 PM from TUL.
Schedule of Events:
Thursday, November 7, 2024: 5:00-6:00 PM appetizers & cocktail hour, 6:00-8:00 PM dinner & introductions, 8:00-10:00 PM night site survey & lighting demonstrations.
Weather:
The IC is a hybrid mix of classroom and site work, please check the weather prior to arrival and pack appropriately. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be outside during the days and evenings.
